General Description

A metal Percolator Coffee Pot designed for preparing coffee and mint-based hot drinks using a classic percolation and dripping brewing system. 2. Lid

3. Percolator Basket & Tube Assembly

• Central Pump Tube: A narrow hollow metal tube connected to a wide circular base at the bottom. It allows hot water to rise from the lower section of the pot toward the top.
• Percolator Basket: A round metal basket perforated on the sides and bottom, designed to hold ground coffee and allow hot water to pass through the grounds for flavor extraction.
• Basket Cover: A perforated metal cover positioned above the coffee basket to help distribute the rising hot water evenly over the coffee grounds.

How It Works

Fill the pot with water and place the ground coffee inside the internal percolator basket. When the pot is placed over a suitable heat source, the water heats up and rises through the central pump tube as part of the percolation process.

The hot water reaches the upper section of the pot and then drips through the perforated basket cover onto the coffee grounds before returning to the lower section. This cycle continues during heating, helping extract the coffee's flavor and produce a rich, concentrated brew.
