General Description

A complete emergency repair kit designed for repairing punctures in Tubeless car and motorcycle tires. The kit is designed for quick roadside and outdoor repairs and comes neatly organized inside a compact, hard blue plastic carrying case with an integrated top handle for easy transportation.

The kit includes essential tire repair tools, replacement tool tips, rubber repair strips, and additional accessories for repairing punctures and restoring the tire's ability to retain air.

Rubber Repair Strips

• Quantity: 15 brown sticky rubber repair strips.
• Organized into 3 groups, with 5 strips in each group.
• Designed to seal punctures in Tubeless tires and help prevent air leakage after the repair.
• The adhesive rubber construction helps the strips remain securely positioned inside the puncture area.

Essential Metal Tools

1. Spiral Rasp Tool

• Features a silver metal T-handle.
• Equipped with a spiral rasp tip designed to clean the puncture and remove debris.
• Used to prepare and slightly enlarge the puncture channel before inserting the repair strip.

2. Split-Eye Insert Tool

• Features a silver metal T-handle.
• Equipped with a front split-eye tip resembling a needle opening.
• Designed to hold the rubber repair strip and insert it into the puncture.

Replacement Parts & Additional Accessories

Replacement Tool Tips

• Includes 2 additional replacement metal tips:
  • One insertion tip for installing the repair strip.
  • One rasp tip for cleaning and enlarging the puncture.
• The replacement tips can be attached to the handles and secured with the dedicated screws.

Small L-Wrench

• Used to loosen and tighten the screws that secure the tool tips to the handles.
• Allows the replacement tips to be changed when needed.

Trimming Knife / Blade

• Features a yellow handle.
• Used to cut and trim the excess repair strip after it has been inserted into the tire.
• Helps leave the repaired strip flush with the tire surface.

Valve Core Tool

• A small metal tool designed for removing and installing tire valve cores.
• Useful for tire maintenance and repair tasks.

Common Repair Procedure

1. Remove the nail, screw, or object causing the puncture.
2. Clean and enlarge the puncture using the Spiral Rasp Tool to prepare the puncture channel.
3. Insert a brown repair strip through the opening of the Split-Eye Insert Tool.
4. Push the tool and repair strip into the puncture until most of the strip is inserted into the tire.
5. Pull the insertion tool out quickly, leaving the repair strip inside the puncture.
6. Trim the excess repair strip using the included trimming blade so it sits flush with the tire surface.
